Minnka Privacy Policy

Minnka is made by Kjartan Albertsson. It compresses videos on your device and doesn't collect any personal data.
Your videos stay on your device
Minnka works on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Your videos, their contents and their details (such as date and location) are never uploaded or sent to us or to anyone else.
No accounts, analytics, ads or tracking
Minnka has no sign-in. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it doesn't connect to any server.
Permissions
On iPhone and iPad, Minnka asks for permission to add videos to your photo library, so it can save the compressed copy there. It can't read your library. It only sees the videos you choose to share with it. A video's recording location is copied into the compressed file only if you turn on “Keep the recording location” in settings.
Settings
Your settings are stored on your device and deleted when you delete the app.
Apple
If you've chosen to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. Apple's privacy policy covers that data.

If you email us at info@minnka.app, we use your address only to reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
